Portugal's INSA to host International Conference on Food Contaminants

Portugal's National Institute of Public Health Doutor Ricardo Jorge (INSA) will organize the"International Conference on Food Contaminants: challenges in chemical Mixtures (ICFC2015)", to be held on 13 and 14 April 2015, in Lisbon. The conference program as well as all information relating to the event and dates for submission of abstracts are available in www.icfc2015.com.

The scientific areas of food safety, nutritional platforms, analysis and risk assessment, bioavailability of nutrients and food contaminants and toxicity of chemical mixtures will be discussed with the participation of international researchers of recognized scientific merit. This initiative is dedicated to health professionals working on food safety area, laboratories, academic and scientific communities, food industry, as well as all stakeholders involved in these important issues.

ICFC 2015 welcomes the submission of abstracts for original contributors to the field of food contaminants and human health. The online abstract submission (that can be done through a web form available at de conference website) is now open to all experts and value contributors.
