Philip Daniels is a Consultant in Public Health. He has worked extensively in the UK and internationally. He holds masters-level qualifications in Disaster Management, Social Policy and Public Health (MPH), an honorary clinical teaching post (global health policy) at Warwick Medical School, as well as Fellowships from the Royal Geographical Society and the Faculty of Public Health, Royal College of Physicians.

Philip’s work has included the decentralisation of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) and Multi-Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) services in Swaziland, the assessment of transport capacity for Viral Haemorrhagic Fever (VHF) samples in Nigeria, and the strategic and operational development of the Sierra Leone National Public Health Agency (NPHA) in conjunction with Public Health England (PHE). Philip continues this work in Sierra Leone, under a cooperative agreement with IANPHI and US CDC.
