2023 IANPHI Annual Meeting

The next IANPHI Annual Meeting will be held in Kigali, Rwanda, hosted by the Rwanda Biomedical Centre. The theme will be "Advancing public health, resilience, and sustainability". The meeting is reserved for IANPHI members, partners, and invited guests, by invitation only.

The annual meeting was originally scheduled for November 7-9 but has been postponed to early 2024. Additional updates will be shared on this webpage.

Program and Format

While the meeting will be held in person, we are exploring the possibility of offering some sessions virtually.

About the Host Institute

The Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC) is the nation's central health implementation agency. RBC was established in 2011 through a merger of fourteen key health institutions. RBC strives to improve the health of the Rwandan population by providing high quality, affordable and sustainable health care services. This is accomplished through the implementation of preventative, rehabilitative, and curative health interventions. RBC conducts scientific research, provides diagnostics services, and implements innovative health interventions to protect the nation against diseases and other health threats. Prof. Claude Mambo Muvunyi currently serves as RBC's director general.
