IANPHI launches its Strategy 2026-2030
The IANPHI Strategy 2026–2030, approved by an extraordinary IANPHI General Assembly on April 8, 2026, advocates for NPHIs to become architects of resilient, equitable and climate-aware health systems. The new Strategy represents a strong evolution from the previous strategy, retaining the key objectives but shifting from network strengthening to supporting system transformation to deliver the Essential Public Health Functions, and further developing cross-cutting themes such as equity, sustainability, trust, and
partnership.
With its refreshed mission, vision and values, IANPHI will continue to promote peer-to- peer collaboration among its members and strengthen member capacities to address key public health challenges such as climate change, workforce development, pandemic preparedness and response, as well as social and public health inequities.
